What is the age requirement in order to book a rental? Age requirement to use rentals?
You must be 21 years of age in order to book with us. Any specific age and height requirement/limitations will be listed in their product description.
Am I responsible for setting up and taking down?
No. Our delivery team will set up and take down the rentals per the scheduled time of booking.
When can I expect my rentals to arrive? When will they be taken down? How long does it take?
Rental set up and delivery is case by case based, as some rentals take a greater time to set up than others. Our delivery team will contact you the day before to let you know what time to expect your rentals to arrive.
*Be mindful, depending on how early in the day the booking is for and type of rentals per booking, our team may show up as early as 7 am for set up.
Is delivery and set up included in the price?
Yes. The delivery, set up, and take down are all included in your booking price.
Reservations?
You will have successfully reserved your rental items and your time slot once our team contacts you for confirmation. If you book your rentals and do not receive a confirmation through email, phone, or text from our team within 72 hours of the time you reserved your items on our website, please contact us immediately.
*A reservation through our booking site does not automatically schedule you. You MUST have full confirmation through our booking team to be assured your requested time and items are available. If your time/ item(s) are not available per your request, we will contact you and do our best to give our next best solution.
Deposit Requirements?
*We require a deposit of 50% of your total price once you book with us to keep your reservation. The other 50% will be required on the day of delivery.
Electrical Requirements?
Every product will list their specific requirements in their product description.
Late pick-ups/ Overnight policy?
If you’d like to keep your rental longer than your reservation was booked for, we will happily try to accommodate your request if your rented products are not already booked for another reservation. Be advised there may be additional charges pending your request.
*We cannot guarantee extending a reservation after booking has been confirmed.
How do I prepare for my rental?
In order to be best prepared for your rental arrival make sure you have completed the following:
-planned a cleared out a space large enough for your rental
-move all cars, trucks, etc. out of the driveway if possible in order for our delivery team to make your drop off as smooth as possible
-be at the drop off site on time, if you are not at your scheduled drop off site we will NOT deliver your rentals; if you are late to your drop off site, you will be charged a late fee.
*In order to complete the drop off, our booking team must have spoken to the customer who placed the reservation over the phone or face to face. Leaving a message over the phone will not be a solid confirmation, and can result in a “No show” and our delivery team will not drop off your rentals.
How many people can the VAMP lounge hold?
The VAMP lounge will hold around 10 adults comfortably if there is nothing else inside of the lounge (I.E tables, chairs, etc.)
How far in advance should I book?
If you plan to rent multiple items, it would be best to book at least two weeks to a month in advance to ensure the time and day you are looking for is available for you.
How early can we book for rentals to be dropped off?
Our earliest drop off time is 7a.m, this is not a time that can be booked, this is the earliest we may arrive to set up your rentals to ensure our team has plenty of time to set up before your event. Our delivery team will contact you the day before to let you know what time you should expect them there.
Can I set up my inflatable near my pool?
All inflatables must be set up at least 100 feet away from any and all bodies of water for your safety. If you choose to rent an item that you would like to be near a pool, our team will ensure your inflatable is a safe distance away from the water, while still being able to enjoy your rental.
Can inflatables be set up inside?
Most of our inflatables are over 15 feet tall, and 20 feet wide, while it is not impossible to set up our rentals indoors, we must confirm that our rentals will safely fit indoors and not cause any issues to the building or rental itself, and be safe for our customers to enjoy.
Do inflatables need to be plugged in the whole time?
Some of our inflatables require a source of power during their duration of use, others do not require full use of power while being used. This can be found under each product’s description.
What if the inflatable is damaged during my rental? Lost or stolen?
As we understand things can happen, it is still vital for the custom to contact us immediately as soon as the rental has been damaged, lost, or stolen.
If your inflatable is damaged during your rental, you will be charged a damage fee. This fee will depend of type of rental damaged.
If your inflatable is lost or stolen during your rental time, you will be responsible for full replacement cost, which varies depending on type of rental, but typically runs $1200-$4000 per rental.
Can we use inflatables at a park?
As of right now, we as a business are unable to place our rentals in any North Carolina state or city park per state guidelines. However this is subject to change in the near future so stay up to date on all of our future endeavors through our email or text subscription. What if we need to cancel our booking?
