Day of Rental – What to expect
On the day of the reservation, you can expect the following:
- Confirmation of the reservation
- Confirmation that the weather is good enough for the reservation to be honored.
- Approximate timing of delivery – this depends on which items are being delivered and how much equipment needs to be setup.
- Electrical connections – depending on the electronic requirements of the equipment, at least 1 electrical outlet and possibly more within 50 feet of the desired equipment location.
- Setup site determination is to be made. Level and smooth surfaces are required for all inflatables. Upon delivery, our installers will determine the best site location for each item based on the surfaces available. If there are any questions about the surfaces to be used, please contact us to discuss prior to the delivery date.
- Set a pickup time based on the reservation.
