Cancellation Policy

Vamp Entertainment requires a 50% deposit on all rentals, which is nonrefundable.

In extreme weather cases where a cancellation on our part is neccesary, due to unsafe outdoor conditions, our team will notify you the day of delivery and we will do our best in rescheduling your booking for a later date/time. 

If you wish to Cancel your booking, we ask that you do so as soon as possible. Cancellations up to 5 days before their booking date will not be issued a cancellation fee. Any cancellations after that will be charged a fee. 

*Please be advised, if you cancel your booking day of delivery you will be charged up to 75% of your full original price
